By changing to the 28T idler gear (R31S101). which has a larger outer diameter than the standard idler gear. it can accommodate small pinion gears from 24T to 17T that cannot be accommodated with the standard specifications.
Alternatively. (R31S103) high precision machined racing spur gear is sold at the same time. This gear is designed to be used in conjunction with the 72T spur gear.
(R31S100) The 24T idler gear for triple idler system is the standard gear for the GRK5-R conversion kit.
