This is a front suspension mount for the RDX made of ultra-hard Delrin.
By press-fitting a brass sleeve and creating a hybrid structure. we pursued a sharp kicking feel and high response comparable to aluminum.
The lower suspension mount is designed with a 1mm thinner flat surface that contacts the chassis. When the suspension mount is installed upside down. the height of the suspension pin can be lowered by 3mm compared to the correct side.
