And oil leaks are pointless in the first place! This product was developed to solve these problems and make your NARD damper more comfortable to use! The rod guide. which can cause air to get trapped. is machined using high-precision machining. with careful attention paid to both dimensions and materials. Carefully selected X-rings: The damper uses an X-type ring. which provides excellent sealing by minimizing twisting within the groove during reciprocating motion and evenly distributing contact pressure across the entire cross section. To prevent stiffness in the damper rod. we carefully selected not only the lip shape but also the material. resulting in excellent durability and expansion properties. We offer two types of guide spacers specifically for TRF. each with a 0.05mm difference.

This allows for 0.05mm differences that are difficult to achieve with shim adjustments.

we recommend starting with the HRC X-Ring Guide Set TRF Type 1 (1.7mm).

If you experience oil leaks or air entrapment with the 1.7mm. or if youre looking for a slightly firmer setting.

We recommend the HRC X-Ring Guide Set TRF Type 2 (1.75mm).


For damper oil. we recommend the mineral-based HRC Nd Oil. designed specifically for NARD dampers.

For damper cylinders. we recommend the TRF HL Cylinder or Yokomo SLF Big Bore Shock Cylinder.
