It is a set of pillow ball nuts with a hexagon socket optimum for 6 mm adjuster used for damper of engine car.
Attaching the damper Pillow balls / adjusters cause backlash on the side of the adjuster by repeating detachment. which may reduce the damper performance.
The hexagon socket ball nut can be removed from the car body while it is attached to the damper. and prevents the adjuster from loosening due to detachment.
