[Custom buggy with bright colors packed with attention to detail]
Graphic designer JUN WATANABE customized the Hot Shot II. which first appeared in 1987 as an improved version of the Hot Shot. which attracted admiration as Tamiyas first shaft drive 4WD racing buggy.
The coloring has been renewed from the original version. which used black as the main color with yellow and orange stripes. A new design in brilliant blue with white stripes. Moreover. the polycarbonate body and rear wing are painted in brilliant blue and pre-cut.
In addition. the original shape of the driver figure was too low. and the upper deck and roll cage are new parts. In addition. the body guard. rear guard. and side plates were designed by JUN. Special attention has been paid to the installation of special stickers for the motor. the installation of the light pod. and the mounting angle of the side bib plate.

[Tough chassis configuration that shows the direction of high-speed 4WD buggy]
The chassis is a shaft drive 4WD that inherits the original Hot Shot II. Equipped with differential gears in the front and rear closed gearboxes for smooth maneuverability. While maintaining the configuration of the double wishbone 4-wheel independent suspension equipped with one front and two rear CVA dampers. the damper color has been changed from the original red to yellow.
In addition. plated parts are used for the front and rear wheels and uprights to create a metallic feel. A specially designed sticker is attached to the 540 motor to enhance the custom mood. The tire is a hollow rubber low-profile type that mixes oval blocks and pin spikes with excellent grip. It is a machine that makes dynamic off-road driving even more exciting with vivid colors.
