This is an assembly kit for an electric RC model of the Lamborghini Cheetah. a prototype military vehicle unveiled at the 1977 Geneva Motor Show. While retaining the basic configuration of the 1978 original. the design incorporates modern improvements. The rugged. angular. doorless form is realistically reproduced using impact-resistant styrene resin. The interior features highly detailed modeling—including the instrument panel. seats. and fire extinguisher—and the rear plate includes mesh detailing for an authentic scale appearance. A driver figure is also included to enhance the sense of realism while driving. The chassis utilizes a channel-type frame made from a lightweight. durable duralumin plate formed into a U-shape. It features a 2WD layout with the battery mounted longitudinally in the center and the motor mounted at the rear to drive the rear wheels. The receiver and ESC are mounted on duralumin brackets at the rear left and right. ensuring excellent weight balance. The rear gearbox is fully enclosed to keep out dust and pebbles. The suspension system is a 4-wheel independent double-wishbone setup utilizing four horizontally mounted metal torsion bar springs with adjustable tension. The tires are hollow rubber units featuring a flat tread with a distinctive V-shaped pattern. The high-strength. three-piece wheels securely hold the tires and attach to the wheel hubs using five screws. A duralumin front underguard is also equipped to protect the chassis from impacts.
